Jessica Alexander

Jessica Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR operations, finance management, and business operations. Jessica most recently worked at Marathon Health as the Senior Director of HR Operations. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of HRIS & Analytics and Director of Compensation, Payroll, and HRIS.

Before joining Marathon Health, Jessica worked at OurHealth as a Finance Manager, where they managed payroll operations, implemented new HRIS and timekeeping systems, and generated HR reports. Jessica also worked as a Financial Analyst and HR Services Coordinator at the same company.

Jessica's early career includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky and holding roles as a Business Operations Assistant and Undergraduate Assistant at Butler University - Health and Recreation Complex.

Jessica Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Butler University in the years 2005-2009. Jessica then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky from 2009-2011. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in April 2017.
