Kim Mosher

Kim Mosher's work experience begins in 2011 at The Judge Group, where they worked as a Recruiter. Their responsibilities included following recruiting strategies, evaluating and screening candidates, negotiating employment terms, managing contract employees, and maintaining industry contacts. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Whitman Associates, Inc., where they sourced and identified top talent for temporary and permanent placements. In 2016, they joined Marathon Health as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they helped bring healthcare solutions to workplaces and fostered a happier and more productive workforce. Currently, they serve as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Marathon Health.

Kim Mosher earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Penn State University in 2011. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index.
