Darshan Mithaiwala

Darshan Mithaiwala has extensive experience in the petroleum and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Operations Excellence Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since November 2015. Prior roles at Marathon include Process Engineer II for various units such as Heavy Crude Distillation and HF Alkylation, as well as Operations Day Foreman. Before joining Marathon, Darshan worked at Schlumberger as a Senior Project Engineer and Radiation Safety Officer, focusing on upstream wireline services and radiation safety compliance. Additionally, project responsibilities included reservoir evaluation and continuous process improvement. Darshan's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where research involved molecular modeling for carbon dioxide storage applications.
