Lori Glawe

Lori Glawe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since June 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Total Rewards at Eastman Chemical Company from August 2016 to June 2023, and Director positions at Marathon Oil Corporation from January 2011 to August 2016, focusing on Total Rewards and HR Systems as well as Global Compensation and Benefits. Lori’s career also includes significant roles at Rockwell Automation as Director of Global Compensation and at MRA as Director of Compensation Services. Earlier experience encompasses the Vice President role in Compensation and EEO at Bank One and a Compensation Analyst position at Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin. Lori holds a BBA in Management and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed between 1978 and 1982.
