Judy Solecki has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Judy is currently the VP of Human Resources at Maravai LifeSciences, where they support drug therapy development and research on human diseases. Prior to this, they worked at Illumina as an HR representative for the Commercial and Marketing organizations, and at BD as the VP of Human Resources for the Medication Management Solutions Business Unit. Judy also held positions at Cytori Therapeutics, BD, Invitrogen, Conexant Systems & Mindspeed Technologies, and NASA/Johnson Space Center, where they focused on HR, organizational development, and employee relations. Their experience spans across healthcare technology, life science, and semiconductor industries.
Judy Solecki holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Rice University. Judy also holds a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Rice University.
