Meghan Grela

Meghan Grela is an experienced professional in operations and product strategy, currently serving in a founding operations role at Marble Health since September 2024. Prior to this position, Meghan held various roles in new product strategy at Via, progressing from Associate Principal to Principal from January 2021 to September 2024. Meghan's career includes significant consulting experience at Kepler Cannon, where roles spanned from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant between September 2017 and December 2020. Additional experience includes the Paganucci Fellowship at The Tuck School of Business in summer 2017, an analyst position at Mercer in summer 2016, a political internship at the U.S. Department of State in fall 2015, and a research assistantship at Draper Laboratory in summer 2013. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Geography from Dartmouth College and completed education at The Tuck School of Business and Ursuline Academy-Dedham.
