Molly Sandza

Molly Sandza currently serves as the Director of Real Estate for North America at Marc Jacobs, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Molly was the Director of Real Estate at Foxtrot from May 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing national real estate matters, expansion strategies, and lease negotiations. Molly's earlier experience includes significant roles at Cushman & Wakefield, starting as an Associate in the New York Metro Professional Real Estate Program, advancing to Senior Associate, and eventually becoming Director of Retail Leasing, advising key retailers and institutional landlords. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies from Brown University, complemented by study abroad at Trinity College Rome Campus.
