Tess Rajala has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tess started their career in 2008 at PostNord, where they worked as an Inbound-Outbound Operational Specialist for seven years. In 2016, they joined AB ADRITEL as a Multilingual Customer Service Executive, later transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at EssilorLuxottica as a B2B Wholesale Advisor for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux regions. In 2020, Tess joined Western Union as a Network Development and Sales Support Specialist for North Europe. Currently, they are working at Marc Jacobs as an EMEA Sales Coordinator.
Tess Rajala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, with a specialization in Global Economics, from Malmö University. Tess attended the university from 2008 to 2011.
