Alexander Pasco

Alexander Pasco is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Corporate Chef de Cuisine at Marc & Rose since January 2023 and Executive Chef at The Scott Resort & Spa since November 2020, Alexander has previously held executive chef positions at The Tides Inn and Enchantment Resort. Beginning a culinary career as a Chef at Mii amo from August 2013 to August 2018, Alexander advanced from a Line Cook at 25 Lusk to Chef De Cuisine, showcasing a strong progression in the culinary field. Alexander holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
