Mandy Piekarski

Mandy Piekarski is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and catering across multiple hotel properties. Currently serving as Director of Sales at Marc & Rose since April 2018, Mandy has demonstrated a proven ability to increase production and drive revenue growth. Prior roles include National Sales Manager, Group Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, and Sales Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Mandy achieved significant market production increases and received multiple awards, including Manager of the Year in 2016. Mandy’s experience encompasses negotiating complex contracts, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relations, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Purdue University.
