Susan Dampier

Susan Dampier currently holds the position of Area Managing Director at Marc & Rose, beginning in December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at East West Hospitality from December 2021 to December 2023, and as Director of Club Operations at Aspen Skiing Company from December 2017 to December 2021. Dampier also worked as General Manager at Limelight Hotels from June 2010 to November 2017, where responsibilities included planning, staffing, and ensuring the achievement of operating budgets and revenue goals. Additionally, Dampier was Operations Manager at the Residences at The Little Nell from January 2007 to June 2010, playing a key role in the hotel's launch and daily operations. Earlier, as Lead Concierge at a prestigious 5 Star, 5 Diamond hotel, exceptional service was provided in a dynamic environment. Susan Dampier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of New Hampshire between 1989 and 1992.
