Lilly Vore has been working in Human Resources for over thirty years. Lilly started their career in 1987 as HR & Employee Benefits Manager at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. Lilly then became Human Resources Director at Chestnut Health Systems in 2001. In 2007, they left Chestnut to become Human Resources Manager at Stark Excavating. Lilly stayed at Stark for five years before moving on to Premier Fabrication, LLC where they served as Human Resources & Safety Manager for four years. In 2017, they took on an interim position as Career Services Director at Eureka College for a few months before becoming HR Manager at Matcor Metal Fabrication, a position they held for two years. Most recently, Lilly has been working as a Census Field Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau since July 2020.
Lilly Vore has a certification from WorldatWork in Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Lilly also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Lilly Vore reports to Brian Wipperman, CEO. They are on a team with Rebecca Brennan - VP of Adult Services, Leni Kuntz - VP of Marketing & Development, and Jolene Oakes Conaway - CFO.
