Karen Rubio

Karen R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction project management and education. Currently serving as a Professor at Fanshawe College since September 2023, Karen also holds the position of Construction Program Manager at March of Dimes Canada, overseeing large-scale renovations for Ontario residents. Previous roles include Acting Associate Director for the Home and Vehicle Modification Program, Project Manager at McCann Redi-Mix Inc., and Chief Estimator at enConcreto. Karen's academic qualifications include an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering and various certificates from fanshawe and Smith School of Business, enhancing expertise in construction project management, coaching, and leading virtual teams.
