Edward Bray

Edward Bray is a seasoned professional in government affairs and communications with extensive experience in public health and education advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Director for State Government Affairs at March of Dimes since May 2021, Edward provides expert guidance in healthcare policy development and advocacy at the state level. Previously, Edward held the position of National Director of Government Relations & State Initiatives at Learning Ally, where efforts were focused on expanding legislative support for individuals with disabilities in education. Edward's background also includes strategic consulting as Principal at Newton Creek Consulting, serving as Communications Manager for the New Jersey State Parole Board, and acting as Public Information Officer for the City of New Brunswick. Edward began a career in politics as a Legislative Aide for the Michigan House of Representatives and served in the Army National Guard as a Specialist E-4. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
