Trustee at March of Dimes

Muhammad Shahzad is currently a Trustee at March of Dimes. Prior to that, they were with Independent School Alliance, Relativity Space, and The Honest Company. At The Honest Company, they served as Chief Financial Officer from January 2014 to December 2020. Muhammad was responsible for Finance, Accounting, Digital Marketing (including Direct-to-Consumer P&L) and Technology (Engineering, IT / Systems, PMO). Prior to Goldman Sachs, Muhammad Shahzad was with Developments in Literacy USA. At Goldman Sachs, they were Vice President, Investment Banking from January 2009 to December 2014. In this role, they executed advisory and financing assignments as day-to-day lead for consumer-focused technology and media corporations, including mergers, acquisitions, anti-raid defense, financings and other corporate finance activities. Muhammad also focused on building early stage company and venture capital coverage effort in the Southern California region.

Muhammad Shahzad completed a B.Sc. in Finance from The Wharton School and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
