Shane Kimzey

Shane Kimzey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at CenterPoint Energy since November 2014, Shane has also held multiple roles within the company, including Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Litigation. Concurrently, Shane is a member of the Executive Leadership Team at March of Dimes since August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer at CEVA Logistics and Senior Counsel at ConocoPhillips, where responsibilities encompassed litigation management and investigations. Earlier legal experience includes an associate position at Baker Botts LLP, focusing on litigation. Shane earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington & Lee University.
