Job Description
Your overall responsibility will be to support the wider team in the optimisation of our client’s Salesforce applications. This will include but is not limited to, email / landing page / form development, HTML, CSS, JS, SSJS, SQL, AMPscript and further developing the Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with our Lead Consultants and our clients to design and develop email, landing page and form templates
Support the Lead Consultants on assigned projects where your skills are required
Coach and develop other team members in your areas of expertise where possible
Create documentation and strategy frameworks for best-practice Salesforce solutions that will be rolled out to our clients
Support the Lead Consultants and Head of Client Services by attending client meetings, including kickoffs and strategy meetings
Manage your own time using Forecasting tools, whilst also taking into consideration work that is requested of you by other members of the team.
Contribute to MarCloud’s online presence and marketing by writing blogs, for example
A big element of the Delivery Consultant role is proactively developing your skillset on the platforms we support. Working alongside an experienced team of Salesforce professionals, you will have the backing of the team to learn and grow in the space.
Developer Requirements:
1 years experience using front end development
Degree in computer science (Ideal)
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP or Java.
Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL.
Familiarity with AMPscript would be advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.

Is able to work collaboratively with the Lead Consultant team across our client portfolio
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships with our clients
Enthusiasm for problem-solving and finding solutions to complex problems for our clients
Excellent communication skills, able to deliver engaging presentations and describe solutions in detail
Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and specialise in either MCAE, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud (or a combination of)
