Adam Behan

Adam Behan is a Lean Leader at Marco Beverage Systems, where Adam leads Operational Excellence projects and engages teams to establish a Continuous Improvement culture. Adam also serves as a Production Engineer, driving continuous improvement using Lean techniques and managing new product introductions. Adam has significant experience in various engineering and quality roles, including their time at Granning Axles and Suspension Solutions and Radius Systems Ltd. Adam is also currently the Director at Continuous Improvement Coaches and a Member of the Steering Committee at Dublin Lean Network. Adam is pursuing further education in Lean Systems and Personal, Leadership, and Executive Coaching.
