Kelly Tarry is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Marcon since November 2018, Kelly has previously held positions including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes being a Partner and Head of People & Culture at SIVOTT and Manager of Human Resources at Hunter Dickinson Inc., where responsibilities encompassed team management, recruitment, policy development, and performance management. Kelly's career began at the National Probation Service, focusing on staff development and training. Educational qualifications include an MA in Human Resources from the University of Northampton and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, among others.
