Kristy Pennock has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kristy started their career in 1999 as a Buyer for Bugaboos Eyewear, managing six brands and handling financial planning and forecasting. Kristy then moved on to Ringbinder/Menu By Design as a Sales Representative, where they excelled in business development and landed the company's largest account.

In 2004, Kristy joined Canucks Sports and Entertainment as a Senior Manager in Retail, overseeing various retail operations. Kristy later transitioned to Aritzia in 2008, where they served as part of the Retail Operations team, managing daily operations for 43 fashion retail stores and leading special events to drive sales.

Kristy then entered the recruiting and talent acquisition industry, joining The Headhunters in 2010 as a Senior Consultant specializing in Accounting and Finance roles. In 2012, they joined Talentcor as a Branch Manager, leading a team of professionals and connecting top companies with skilled candidates. Kristy also took on the role of Practice Lead for Accounting and Finance, connecting premier professionals with companies in the Greater Vancouver market.

Since 2017, Kristy has been working at O2E Brands, starting as a Manager of Talent Acquisition and gradually progressing to become Vice President of People & Culture. In their current role, they focus on evolving and developing the People Experience at O2E Brands, leading talent acquisition and people partnering teams, and driving transparency, accountability, and engagement.

Kristy Pennock has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they attended The University of British Columbia, where they studied Change Management. Prior to that, they pursued General Arts Studies at Okanagan College. Kristy also engaged in Professional Purchasing/E-Commerce at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Finally, they obtained a degree in Retail Marketing with a focus on Business Administration from Capilano University.
