Les Ware is a Co-founder of Marconi, has spent more than 20 years analyzing, evaluating and monetizing intellectual property portfolios for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He has a successful record of building relationships with leading global technology companies to create licensing portfolios that provide return to innovators while offering fair and convenient access to technology rights to device makers. Les believes that a transparent process for patent licensing, focused on reasonable agreements that are beneficial for everyone in the ecosystem, is imperative to supporting and sustaining the pace of technology advancement.

An inventor himself, Les holds several patents for water safety and regulation apparatuses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in political science and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.
