Mahesh Ramroop

Mahesh Ramroop has a diverse work experience in IT project management and program management. Mahesh is currently working as the Head of IT PMO at Marcum LLP since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Program/Product Manager at OneDigital from March 2021 to November 2022. Mahesh also held the position of IT Program Manager at Aflac from September 2019 to December 2020, where they provided program management oversight to large initiatives, including two Mergers and Acquisitions. Before that, they worked as an IT Program Consultant at Randstad Technologies US from September 2018 to September 2019, where they provided program management oversight to transform the legacy IT model to a new Digital operating model at Aflac. Mahesh started their career at Aflac in 2005, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, and Business Process Analyst, successfully leading and managing multiple projects and IT process re-engineering efforts.

Mahesh Ramroop received a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbus State University. Mahesh also holds additional certifications including Certified Technology Business Management Analyst from Technology Business Solutions, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, and Business Process Analysis and Facilitation for Major, Complex Projects from University of Georgia. Mahesh also obtained a PMP Certificate from PMI/Columbus State University.
