Rob Drover

Rob Drover has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1991 with roles in IT management, sales, marketing, and business analysis at DuPont Canada - Agricultural Products. From 1998 to 2001, they held IT manager positions at AT Plastics and DuPont Pharmaceuticals. In 2002, they became a Managing Director at LECG, where they developed the Enterprise Support Services practice. This practice was later acquired by Grant Thornton LLP, where Rob served as a Partner and leader of the Enterprise Support Services team from 2011 to 2012. Rob then joined SMART DEVINE as a Managing Director & Partner from 2013 to 2015, specializing in enterprise-level application support and process improvement. Since 2015, Rob has been a Principal in the Advisory Services Practice at Marcum LLP, focusing on enterprise-level application and infrastructure support, data management, and business process outsourcing. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Business Solutions at Marcum Technology, leading the Digital Advisory practice and delivering innovative solutions to clients. Rob specializes in business process improvement, technology consulting, and delivering services to Fortune 200 organizations.

Rob Drover attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons) degree with a focus on Finance. Afterward, from 1992 to 1996, they enrolled at the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained an MBA degree specializing in Marketing.
