Adam Hoffard

Adam Hoffard has over 21 years of work experience. Adam started their career as a Team Lead Logistics/Key Carrier at Target in 2006 and worked there until 2016. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Assistant Manager at Finish Line, where they provided sales guidance and leadership. Adam then joined the University of Iowa Facilities Management in 2000 as a Facilities Mechanic, ensuring building standards and providing customer service until 2017. In 2017, Adam joined Marriott International as an Engineering Supervisor, overseeing the maintenance of building mechanical systems. Adam was later promoted to Engineering Manager in 2020 before moving to Courtyard by Marriott University Heights in May 2021 as the Director of Engineering. Currently, Adam works as the Director of Engineering at Marcus Hotels & Resorts from August 2021.
