Brandi Heaps

Brandi Heaps has extensive work experience in revenue management, holding various leadership positions in reputable hotel companies. Brandi started their career at Wyndham Worldwide in 1996 as a Director of Revenue Management and worked there until 2002. Brandi then joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Revenue Management from 2002 to 2007, where they achieved significant revenue growth and implemented successful sales strategies. Brandi also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Sales Reporting System Analyst from 2007 to 2011. Brandi then returned to Interstate Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Revenue Management, where they were responsible for revenue management at different Marriott properties. Brandi joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 2014 as a Director of Revenue Management, achieving market share gains and increasing the transient segment. In 2019, Brandi joined JRK Hotel Group as a Director of Revenue Management before transitioning to their current role as the Regional Director of Revenue Strategy at Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Brandi Heaps attended Solon Highschool from 1987 to 1990. Brandi then went on to study at the University of Central Missouri from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
