Katie Kerney

Katie Kerney has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Katie is currently working as the Director of Learning, Development, and Culture at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Talent Architect at Talent Life Cycle (TLC) Consulting, LLC, starting from June 2022.

In 2021, Katie worked as the Chief People Officer at Parker's until May 2022. Before that, they spent several years at Marriott International, holding various leadership roles. From March 2016 to August 2020, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Americas (Learning). Additionally, they held positions such as Sr. Director of Learning Delivery, Americas, Eastern Region, Senior Director of BLT Implementation and Program Effectiveness, and Director of Global Learning at Marriott International.

Katie'scareer at Marriott International started in 1991, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources until 2008. Before joining Marriott, Katie worked as the Corporate Director of Selection and Training at Ginn Development Company from 2007 to 2008.
