Vanessa Bissonette

Vanessa Bissonette has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Vanessa started their career as a front desk agent at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in 2007 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Front Office Supervisor at The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa. In 2011, they joined The Delafield Hotel as the Director Of Rooms, a role they held until 2012. Vanessa then moved to Disney Cruise Line where they worked as a Guest Services Manager from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Vanessa has been with Marcus Hotels & Resorts, first as a Front Office Manager from 2015 to 2018, then as the Director Of Rooms from 2018 to 2023, and currently as the Director of Operations.

Vanessa Bissonette attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
