Matthew J. Kipp has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Matthew J. is currently serving as the First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap, where they lead a multifamily investment sales team and provides advocacy to private client investors in Southern California. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Vice President at CBRE.

Earlier in their career, they held multiple roles at Marcus & Millichap, including Regional Manager for the Long Beach Office, Sales Manager, and Senior Associate. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and supporting real estate agents, recruiting and training new agents, and achieving exceptional results in the sale of commercial investment properties.

Before entering the real estate industry, Matthew worked as an Acute Care Account Representative at 3M Health Care, where they successfully managed targeted acute care facilities and achieved high sales performance.
