Mira Wolff

Mira Wolff is the SVP at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at Venbrook Insurance Services from August 2016 to November 2021. During their time at Venbrook, they built the company's international HR and Talent Acquisition departments (US / Mexico), and grew the Payroll Department to support 23 employers. Mira also oversaw strategic planning for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration. Under their leadership, the company grew from 1500 to 4500+ employees, 660+ retail locations in 19 states, and 48+ subsidiaries. Wolff was promoted to SVP after just 2 years at the company.

Some of Wolff's notable accomplishments at Venbrook include reducing employer cost of medical benefits by $700,000 by switching to a self funded plan, integrating 80 separate acquisitions, performing due diligence, negotiating employment terms in acquisition agreements, and 401k mergers. Mira was also responsible for designing and implementing various organizational development initiatives, such as a Leadership Training Program in Mexico, a "Supervisor 101 Training Program", and a 12 week on boarding program for sales new hires. Additionally, they created a Sales Recruiting Pilot Program which resulted in 500+ hires in 12 months.

Mira Wolff has a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor's degree and Human Resources Management Certificate from California State University, Long Beach.
