Steve Dubrasky

Steve Dubrasky has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Steve is currently working as the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner for the USA&Canada at Marcus & Millichap since June 2022. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, they worked at Progressive Insurance as a Senior Human Resources Business Leader - Partner from April 2008 to July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Travelers Insurance from September 2005 to April 2008. Steve also worked as a Regional Field Human Resources Manager for NY State/NJ at FedEx from 2002 to 2005 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Marriott International from February 1999 to February 2002.

Steve Dubrasky received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College in 2003.
