Yuri Blazar

Yuri Blazar is the Vice President of Development at Marcus Partners. Previously, Yuri held the title of Managing Director at Aria Development Group, a real estate development and investment firm targeting markets in New York, Miami, and Washington, DC. Yuri also served as a Senior Associate at CityInterests, a real estate firm focused on mixed-use, transit-oriented development. Additionally, Yuri has experience as the Director of Chapter Development at Stop Soldier Suicide, a not-for-profit organization combating the suicide epidemic in the US Military. Yuri's background also includes a role as a Construction Manager at Boston Properties, managing the construction of Class-A commercial properties in Washington, DC. Yuri holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Politics/History from the University of Virginia.
