Jessica Latham

Jessica Latham has a robust background in human resources and production management, with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Marelli since April 2006, Jessica has previously held roles including Senior HR Generalist and Senior HR Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Marelli, Jessica worked at Randstad USA as a Senior Site Manager from April 2007 to April 2012. Additionally, Jessica began their career at Calsonic Kansei North America, Inc. in November 2001, advancing from Production Team Member to Production Team Lead and ultimately serving as Production Supervisor until October 2007.
