Raul Castillo

Raul Castillo is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Wexsol since November 2017 and a Launch Manager at Magneti Marelli, Raul provides productivity and quality consulting services, ensuring effective cross-functional communication and project milestone tracking. Previously, Raul held various roles at John Deere, including Global Projects Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Projects Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where project leadership and success in manufacturing processes were key responsibilities. Raul's early career included significant roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Resident Engineer and internships at Senior Aerospace Ketema and FCA, focusing on engineering and production processes.
