Steve Dubnik

Steve Dubnik has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Steve currently holds the position of President & CEO at The Strong since 2017. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Lexifone from 2014 to 2016. At Lexifone, they led the development and implementation of an innovative translation solution. Steve was also the Chairman at OnCell Systems from 2007 to 2016. Steve served as Chairman and CEO at Nysys Wireless from 2010 to 2014 and Chairman and CFO at Cincinnati Communications, LLC from 2010 to 2012. Steve was Co-CEO at Ariston Global from 2006 to 2010 and served on the Board of Directors at Telesciences, Inc during the same time period. Prior to this, Steve held the positions of Chairman & CEO at Choice One Communications from 1998 to 2005 and Chairman and CEO at ACC TelEnterprises from 1994 to 1997. Steve started their career at Rochester Telephone, where they held the position of Vice President - Mid Atlantic Region from 1984 to 1994.

Steve Dubnik attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Steve then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, completing their studies from 1987 to 1989.
