Sean Collins

Sean Collins is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-volume restaurant and event venue management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Shooters Waterfront since May 2022, Sean oversees daily operations of a $26 million venue, implementing culture changes and establishing employee guidelines. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Fabio Viviani Hospitality and Seaside Grill, where Sean managed operations for multi-million dollar establishments, focusing on team development, food standards, and financial forecasting. Earlier, Sean held positions such as Executive Sous Chef at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Kitchen Manager at Yard House Restaurants, where responsibilities included staff training, inventory management, and cost control. Sean's culinary education was completed at Florida Culinary Institute, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management.
