Ashlyn O'Neill

Ashlyn O'Neill is a civil engineering student pursuing a Master of Science at Virginia Tech, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Currently serving as a Highway Design Intern with Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP, Ashlyn actively engages in creating plan sets for transportation projects using MicroStation and OpenRoads. Previous experience includes multiple internships with RK&K in various capacities within highway design and transportation, as well as roles in construction management and project engineering. Additionally, Ashlyn has contributed to academic support as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and a tutor for student-athletes at Virginia Tech, while also promoting brand engagement as a Student Brand Ambassador for Margaritaville.
