Carolin Basilier

Carolin Basilier has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Carolin is currently the Head of Customer Communication at Marginalen Bank since 2023. Previously, they served as the CEO of Recab AB from 2019 to 2022, where they also held the positions of General Manager Sweden, COO, Operations & HSEQ Director, Manager Sourcing, Order & Logistics, and Security, Order & Logistics. Before that, they worked at Nokas Värdehantering AB as a Samordnare Säkerhetsteknik and Projektansvarig säkerhetsteknik. At SQS Security Qube System AB, their roles included Sales Support & Business Developer, and Helpdeskansvarig.

Carolin Basilier has a diverse education history. In 2023, they obtained certification as a board member with a focus on legal aspects at StyrelseAkademien. Carolin studied quality development at Örebro University from 2015 to 2016 and security law at Mid Sweden University from 2013 to 2014. In 2012, they completed an IT security program at Gotland University. In 2010, they gained the qualification of a security manager from Yrkeshögskolan i Skellefteå. Carolin also studied English at Umeå University in 2004 and worked toward becoming a wellness consultant at Lernia Utbildning from 2002 to 2003. Their academic journey began with the International Social Sciences Program with a focus on economics at Anderstorpsskolan, Skellefteå from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Carolin has obtained certifications as a lead auditor in quality management systems from Bureau Veritas Group in 2017.
