Melissa Santiago

Melissa Santiago has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Melissa started their career at Bar Louie in 2003 as a Floor Manager and worked there until 2010. Melissa then joined Primebar, initially as a Bar Manager in 2010, later becoming an Assistant General Manager, and eventually a General Manager. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Prasino before moving to Weber Grill in the same position from 2013 to 2016. Melissa then became a General Manager at Weber Grill from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, Melissa Santiago worked at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants as an Assistant General Manager from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they joined MarginEdge in a Business Development role.

Melissa Santiago attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Business Management.
