Adrian Pawelec

Adrian Pawelec is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of infrastructure and project finance. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Legal at Marguerite since October 2010, Adrian also holds the position of Legal Counsel at a Luxembourg-based alternative investment fund manager focused on sustainable infrastructure projects in the European Union. Prior to this role, Adrian was a Partner at White & Case from October 2004 to October 2010, where involvement centered around infrastructure and project finance, alongside a tenure as Senior Counsel in project finance and restructuring. Early career foundations include positions as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Baker & McKenzie. Adrian Pawelec earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw and furthered legal studies at The Centre for the Study of English and European Law.
