Adil Mirza

Adil Mirza has a diverse work experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Adil started their career as an intern at Jubilee Insurance, where they assisted with statistical analysis and financial analysis. Adil then joined Alfalah Insurance Company Limited as a Management Trainee Officer, participating in a comprehensive training program and gaining exposure to various departments. Adil later served as an Assistant Relationship Manager (Digital) at the same company, where they implemented marketing plans and managed the portfolio of Digital Aggregators. Adil then moved on to Smartbenefits, where they worked as an Employee Benefits Specialist. Currently, they are employed as a Business Development Executive at Marham.

Adil Mirza obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business from Hailey College of Banking and Finance, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Adil earned a Diploma in Computer Science from Systems Limited in February 2023.
