Farouk Mangera

Farouk Mangera, a Chartered FCIPD, currently serves as the Group People Director at Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd. Prior to this, Farouk held the position of HR Consultant at Lakeland and also worked as a Director at MangHR - Freelance. With a strong background in HR, Farouk has extensive experience working at Debenhams in various roles such as Head of HR - UK&I, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and International Trainer. Farouk holds a BSc(Hons) in Sociology from The University of Salford and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Additionally, Farouk has completed BPS Level A and B in Psychometric Testing from The Manchester Metropolitan University - Business School.
