Niki Gugutudis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they joined Skruf Snus AB as a Sales Representative and was recognized as the Salesperson of the Year in 2013. Niki then took on roles such as Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, and Senior Regional Sales Manager, where they managed teams and had budget and account responsibilities. In 2018, they became the Head of Sales Sweden and was part of the company's leadership team.

In 2014, Niki had a brief stint at Imperial Tobacco, serving as a Member of the European Works Council and the Select Committee of the European Works Council. Prior to that, they worked at Intersport Sweden as a Store Manager and Salesperson, responsible for overall store management and purchasing. Additionally, Niki founded G Management, a company that represented talents and provided services such as music production and sound engineering.

Outside of their professional career, Niki also founded the Save Seyni - Charity event, which aimed to raise funds for a fatally ill 14-year-old in Senegal. The event included notable celebrities and had significant involvement from the community.

Niki Gugutudis attended Sturegymnasiet from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a field of study in Kommunikation och media. They did not obtain a degree from this institution. In March 2018, Niki Gugutudis obtained certification as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights.
