Kristin Lamont

Kristin Lamont is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MariaDB since March 2019, Kristin previously held the position of Director, Human Resources Operations at Silver Spring Networks before its acquisition by Itron. Kristin's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Liquid Robotics, where oversight of HR functions for a 115-employee company was a key responsibility, and various positions at Silver Spring Networks, encompassing global benefits management and HR business partnering. Additional experience includes consulting for multiple organizations and HR roles at Salesforce.com and Ariba, Inc. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
