Beatka Zakrzewski

Beatka Zakrzewski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beatka is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Mariana Oncology. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Corporate Finance at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2021 to July 2023. Previously, they worked at Biogen in various roles, including Head of BD and M&A Finance, Director of Corporate Finance, Associate Director of Corporate Finance, Senior Manager of US Business Planning, Tecfidera Product Manager, and Manager of Business Intelligence & Operations. Beatka also completed an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. Their earlier experiences include working as a Marketing Intern at Merck and as a Senior Financial Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline. Beatka started their career as an Associate in Economic and Valuation Services at KPMG LLP.

Beatka Zakrzewski completed high school at Orchard Park High School. Beatka then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University, graduating in 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business at the MIT Sloan School of Management, completing their degree in 2010.
