Ridi Ferdiana is a Professor of Software Engineering at Universitas Gadjah Mada, focusing on Agile project management, software estimation, global software development, enterprise architecture, and software modeling. Ridi created the Global Extreme Programming framework in 2011 and is currently working on Lean Software Modeling. Ridi also serves as Director of Information Technology, overseeing IT infrastructure for over 2,000 employees at UGM, and has held various roles such as University Lecturer, Technical Trainer, and Cloud Engineer. Additional contributions include acting as Regional Lead for the Microsoft Certified Trainer Network APAC, Technology Advisor for BroilerX, and member of the Advisory Board for MariBelajar. Ridi's educational background includes a Doctoral degree in Software Engineering and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Computer Engineering, respectively, from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
