Ritu Surana

Ritu Surana is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager in various capacities, including Learning & Development and Campus Program at Marico Limited since July 2020. Ritu's career began with a series of internships across leading organizations, including RB, RBS, Fresenius Medical Care, and Frasers Hospitality, where valuable skills in project management and research were developed. Ritu holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kirori Mal College, where ranking in the top 10 of the class was achieved.
