Sanjiv Agarwal is an experienced professional in the consumer goods and banking sectors, currently serving as the Category Head for Premium Hair Care and previously as the Group Product Head for Premium Hair Care at Marico Limited. Sanjiv has held senior roles focusing on sales transformation and capability development. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Sales Manager for Unsecured Assets at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and roles such as Area Sales Manager for Traditional Trade and Management Trainee at Perfetti Van Melle. Sanjiv holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from SCMHRD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
