Ana Chandler, M.Ed., serves as a Project Manager in Human Resources at Maricopa Community Colleges since January 2012, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition for executive searches and managing project timelines and budgets. Successful projects include the recruitment of three college presidents and a vice chancellor and provost. Prior roles include Student Services Analyst and ACE Program Coordinator, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance high school students' participation in early college programs. Ana's experience also encompasses various student services roles at Paradise Valley Community College, an internship at the Social Security Administration, and customer service at Best Buy. Ana holds a Master’s degree in College Counseling and Student Affairs from Southern Arkansas University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from New Mexico State University.
