Dominic Pallari

Dominic Pallari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Maricopa Community Colleges since August 2020, Dominic has held various HR roles including Human Resources Generalist at AllianceMed, LLC, and Summit Health Management. Earlier positions include HR Generalist roles at CMOC International and Valley Metro RPTA, as well as a Corporate Sales Recruiter position at Heartland Payment Systems, where Dominic contributed to one of the largest payment processing firms in the United States. Additional experiences as Director of Human Resources at Rossmar & Graham and HR responsibilities at Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage emphasize a strong expertise in employee relations, recruitment, training, and HR administration.
