Nicole Raatgever

Nicole has over 15 years of field experience in leadership positions responsible for programmatic, financial and administrative management, and strategic and organisational development. This was gained in complex developing countries in East and West Africa, South and South East Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific.

Nicole joined MSI Reproductive Choices in May 2011, and has worked with the Nepal, Madagascar and Ghana programmes - the latter two serving as Country Director, before becoming MSI's Director for Asia in 2022.

Nicole holds an MSc in International Development and has an established reputation of building diverse teams recognised for results, efficiency, reliability and quality of programmes.
